Greetings, Champions! It’s that time of the year again, NaNoWriMo! (Or National Novel Writing Month, but that’s kind of a mouthful.) For those who haven’t heard, NaNoWriMo is a month long event held every November when thousands of people join together with the goal to finish a 50,000 word novel before the end of the month.
It’s run by an official non-profit company, which you can check out at https://nanowrimo.org/ They have a ton of resources to help you track your writing progress–which let me tell you helps a lot with the motivation!

This year the timeline doesn’t quite match up for me, but for all of you who are joining this event I want to help out! This year I’ll try to do a few new blog posts–or maybe a video–but I also have some resources to share with you!
The Pinterest board has been updated since last year with some new posts from some really amazing writers, so check it out if you need inspiration!
So, who is going to try it this year? Let’s commiserate in the comment section! (And even though I’m not officially joining, you can still add me as a writing buddy if you join the website! My username is KmShea–so very unexpected, am I right??)
Good luck to you Champions who are participating, we’re all cheering for you!
