I have to admit, I didn’t enjoy the first book of this series as much as I thought I would. My anticipation for it may have contributed to that. But book two has completely changed that first impression. I loved the book and I love the characters in it. I’m so glad characters from the first trilogy keep popping up and I. Anxiously awaiting Leila to fully harness the advantages she has in her friendships with Hazel and Killian when she starts representing the Fae. I think she will be the next Empress of the Fae. The animals of all the courts are blessing her, as they should since her love of animals is also fueling her compassion for the suffering Fae. That is the mark of a good leader.

I really hope perfect dog gets better, I know how important pets can be! But on a happier note, loved the short! Your books deserve a best selling spot for sure! I was wondering if the staff noticed Leila and Rigel’s relationship and it’s implications! I literally reread the entire book just to imagine what their conversations would be like when they’re-to quote Indigo-a thing! Merry Christmas, and Happy New Years!

May I add my congratulations to reach number 23 on the Amazon best sellers list! And my heartfelt prayers for Perfect Dog’s swift recovery. It’s never fun when a member of the family isn’t well.

Thank you for the short story. I was kind of wondering what the palace staff were thinking about the developments that were happening between Leila and Rigel. My sisters and I have already engaged in discussions of the possibilities for book 3 and we are very much looking forward to its release in January. With that said, MERRY CHRISTMAS! and HAPPY NEW YEAR! May the new year bring joy and blessings to all!

You’re lucky your sisters bother reading your recommendations (I say this from years of experience:
Me: Wanna try this AMAZING book?
My sister: Who-or what-are the characters?
Me: elves, dragons, goblins-
My sister: *groans*Are fairytales and fantasy all you read?
Me: . . . Obviously.
My sister: Grow up and play hopscotch with me.)
See what I’m dealing with here?

Ohhh thank you for the short Kitty! It totally confirms everything I’ve been thinking about Leila and Rigel and makes me all squishy inside.

But more importantly CONGRATULATIONS!!! I’m sure I speak for all of us Champions that you totally deserve a best selling spot and then some. I think this is one of your best series yet and I have loved every second of it (even when it has me snorting at inappropriate times lol).

Friends, Enemies, or Terror?

Crown of Moonlight is out and wow oh WOW did you Champions deliver! Crown of Moonlight hit #23 in the entire Amazon ebook store–that’s the highest any of my books have ever gotten–talk about a life goal! This is possible only because of you, Champions, so thank you, thank you, thank you!

And because our community is Awesome (Yes, so awesome we deserve the capital letter!) Crown of Moonlight has already gotten over 100 reviews!! (Some thoughtful, honest, and really help reviews, might I add!)

To thank you for all the support and love, I’ve got a free short story to share with you! This one is from the Azure and Eventide’s point-of-view, and it’s called “Enemies, Friends, or Terror?” Click here for the PDF!

I had/have a lot of fun posts planned for the launch, but my schedule got thrown a curve ball this week because Perfect Dog has been ill. 🙁 I think she’s on the mend, but it was a rough few days with very little sleep, so I fell behind on everything I was planning for the launch, sadly.

But once I catch up on sleep I’ll be ready to party, so look forward to some fun! And seriously, thank you for your support, Champions. I’m so grateful for our community, and for the love you all have showered on the Court of Midnight and Deception books.

I hope you enjoy the short, and thanks for reading!
