Good day to you, Champions! Great news: I’m hopeful that Swan Lake (Timeless Fairy Tales book 7) should be available for preorder by the end of the week! In the meantime, I thought I would hold the cover reveal!

SwanLakeCover2

I think Wild Swans is my favorite cover Myrrhlynn has made for me, and I had no idea how she was going to top it for Swan Lake as the themes are somewhat similar, but she blew me away with this one! The girl pictured is, as you probably guessed, Odette. She’s a really fun heroine–perhaps a little gruff but she’s an absolute sap when you get to know her. The hero, Alexsei, who is not pictured is just about the exact opposite. He’s openly sweet, but he’s got a hidden spine of iron he busts out whenever he thinks someone important to him is in danger. (If you can’t tell, I had fun putting these two through their paces. They’re very demonstrative, unlike many of my other characters.)

Focusing back on covers! Myrrhlynn also made a new cover for the Robyn Hood books, and Rumpelstiltskin!

I used the smaller versions so this post wasn’t huge, but you can click on them if you want to see the big versions. I’m really happy with the new covers, and with Swan Lake’s, so a big thank you to Myrrhlynn for putting them together. What do you think, Champions? Which of the covers is your favorite?

It has come to my attention that a few of my older books, Like the Robyn Hood series and Princess Ahira, are in great need of some TLE, or Tender Loving Editing. My editor, Sunshine, recently combed through both of the Robyn Hood books and I’m devoting myself to Princess Ahira. Princess Ahira is getting a formatting facelift, and I’m tightening up the writing as I go. (In example I’m replacing words that don’t necessarily belong in the world/time that I portray Ahira to live in, fixing errors, cutting back descriptive language, etc.)

Robyn Hood will be getting the same treatment from me, but for now Ahira is the book that is really getting a remake. I’m announcing this because when I release the new, cleansed version of Princess Ahira I plan to mark the price up to $2.99. The new version will include some bonus content (two short stories) but if you don’t mind formatting errors and you do mind the upcoming price tag I suggest you snag a copy while it’s available at 99 cents.

Some of you may be wondering why I’m bothering to fix books I’ve already released. Truth be told I wasn’t aware of how to properly format a word file so it could be loaded onto a Kindle when I released Princess Ahira. I’m much better at that process now, so when I look back at Princess Ahira it’s more than a little embarrassing. Plus I am fond of Princess Ahira, and no story deserves the horrid errors I’ve discovered in it.

Thanks for reading, Champions, I will speak to you on Wednesday!

Good day to you Champions! Here’s a sneak peek at the cover of the second (and final) Robyn Hood book, Robyn Hood: Fight For Freedom.

Robyn-Hood-Cover2

I’m hoping to release Robyn Hood: Fight For Freedom by Monday, March 18, but exact release dates can be a little sketchy when publishing on the Kindle as the review process can be longer than I plan for. Because I love you all very much I am planning for some book giveaways! I don’t have the exact dates hashed out yet, but if you check back on Wednesday I’ll be posting the release schedule then.
